Model Space Drawing Scale

In prior versions of cad there used to be a pick box to set the model space drawing scale you want to draw and annotate at.  It used to be at the bottom of the screen near the "workspace" button.  Just started version 2018 and the durn thing is gone?   Any Ideas how to either turn it back on or is there a different work flow to set the drawing scale in 2018?

Thanks Forum People in advance for your reply's.

Are you talking about the annotative scale?

There is a button in the bottom-right that looks like three horizontal bars. Click this and make sure that Annotation Scale is checked ON.

I don't have 2018 but I'm guessing it's the same as the rest. On the bar you are talking about where the button used to be, all the way on the right there are 3 horizontal lines. That brings up a menu of customization buttons. What ever is checked in there will show up as a button on the bar. You can add things you use and get rid of things you never use. You probably just need to add your missing button by checking it. That button is called "annotation scale" in 2017 most likely it's the same.
