MLeaders with text and blocks

You are able to "combine" MLeaders that use blocks.  Great.

Can anyone tell me how to "combine" MLeaders that have text and blocks?

See attached..

TIA

PE Enter

M Enter(for multiple)

select all your lines and objects / blocks you want to join Enter

convert to polylines Enter (defaults to yes)

J Enter (for join)

Enter (defaults to zero)

Enter (closes command)

all lines are now joined. Provided the lines had touching ends that is.

You could include a multiline attribute within your block.  The problem is I can only make it work correctly when the leaders on the left.  Maybe someone can improve it further.

Thanks for the effort, but not an option.

I'm not after a special block, just the ability to use MLeaders as-is.

Hi @Anonymous,

The MLEADERCOLLECT feature only works on multileaders that contain blocks, and will not work on multileaders with Mtext content. You could use MLEADERALIGN and then remove the leaders from all but one. However, this doesn't sound like it will accomplish exactly what you're trying to do.

This would make an excellent suggestion for the product management team to consider though. You can provide that feedback via this link, if you'd like to see this feature enhanced in a future release.
