Merge Layers using lisp

Hello, 

Does any one have a lisp routine for merging 2 layers?

I have to merg Layer "DG_EXG_Exterior_Wall" to layer layer "A-Exg-Wall" and then i also have to Merge layer "DG_Exg_Clg" to layer "A-Exg-Rcp-Clg
