Measuring the creepage distance.

Hi, I'm new this autoCAD. I was wondering if anyone knows how to measure the creepage distance for a 3D object. The definition of creepage is shown in the picture. However, the design I'm working with is more complicated than the picture since the lines are more ridged. Thanks.

There are many ways.

The simplest would be to just add up the distances.

You could draw a polyline and get the length from that.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

I would JOIN the parts that make up the creepage "path" into a Polyline, then single-point BREAK it where each vertical hits, and LIST or the Properties palette will tell you how long the result is.
