Making elevations auto update by increment of 1....(Tcount wont work)

Hello,

I have a profile section that shows elevations from above and below ground level. Here is an example if ground level was 50.0'.

53.0'
52.0'

51.0'

50.0'

49.0'

48.0'

47.0'

I am trying to create a block, or some sort of automated way of doing this. For example, if this were a spread sheet you could fill in 50.0' and then excel would understand to add or subtract 1 unit depending on which way the range was going.

I tried TCount but it doesn't really customize...it can count up or down but doesn't properly format the text. I can't have 50. it needs to be 50.0'.

I'm sure there is a feature for this in AutoCAD...it seems simple enough I'm just not sure on which way to go about this. I want the user to enter the ground elevation and all other numbers above and below that point to auto-update by 1 unit.

Thank you!
