Loft command needs work

all of a sudden most of the autocad commands stopped working.  any one no why this is happening?

Sorry, no, because we don't know what happens when you start command _LOFT

Type in command _LOFT, then press <ENTER> and follow the command as long as possible ... and let us know what AutoCAD tells you in the command line, That is what we need to (hopefully) know what happens on your system.

 

BTW: you have tried to restart AutoCAD and if that does not work to restart your workstation and you tried the command in a new drawing too?

alfred, thank for the response however "loft" command says select cross section in lofting order.  this doesn't sound right

Why not, that is correct and ok, >>>click<<<.

It's been like that since I can remember.  Are you thinking of EXTRUDE or SWEEP?
