Local coordinate system - shortcut or macro

I would like to create a shortcut or macro that would change this system. The shortcut will be assigned to the Razer mouse, please help.

That's a macro. But for the mouse button assignment, I would rather use a key shortcut. So go to CUI, create some command with that macro, assign a shortcut (like Ctrl+Alt+F) and then use your mouse driver to assign it to a button.

I use Logitech and it has software that I can assign macros to the keys and buttons. Check the Razer software.
