They are saying in sections of restaurant , because it is a load bearing wall, we have to put some structure under the floor like a column or something  in autocad. Does anyone know what that is?

Just a quick question, how much do you know about Architecture & Structural design & modeling?

Load bearing walls are walls built around columns which support the structure of the building. These columns rest on a concrete footings.

Here's an example:

Your section view should look similar to that image.

Go talk to a structural engineer: no one here is going to help you with your construction question.

I absolutely concur with @pendean -- if you know little enough about such things that you have to ask that question, don't do anything without a Structural Engineer's or Registered Architect's input, or you'll risk life and limb!  Once you learn what really needs to happen, if you just need assistance in the drawing of it, we may be able to help with that part, though it really ought to be drawn by the registered professional, because you want them to assume the liability for their structural design.
