Lineweight printing

I have created plot styles and new standards for our company. I have tested everything on my computer and all is good. I rolled out the new standard and started with one other computer. I added the new plot style and they have been working from the new CAD file I created as a template.

(I have CADLT2019 on a surface Pro and she has CADLT2021 on a Dell.)

She started a project, the preview is good, but when printed a couple of the lineweights print too light. If I open that same file, the preview is good and the print is fine.

If she PDFs that file it looks good on the computer but same printing issue. If I PDF and print same file, the preview is good but prints with the issue.

I've checked plot styles, plotters, it goes to same printer, all CAD settings are the same. Only difference I have found is that the drivers are different in the "device and printers", properties.

I can't tell if this is a CAD issue or a computer/printer issue.

Attached is the CAD file.

You forgot to include your plot style table(s) needed to help diagnose the problem you have with them.
You and their PLOT or PAGESETUP pop-ups to show us what you both are plotting would be exceptionally helpful as well.

Plot style table too please.

FWIW 2021 seems to grab a more compatible driver for printers for some reason, unlike older versions: since you both are literally not using the same printer driver (not sure what you say you checked) you both should to test by plotting to PDFs (the same driver, DWG TO PDF) to see side by side if your plot style table needs adjusting or not for the 2021 user.

Or both of you leap to 2021 together and see if that eliminates the differences.

Report your issue here to Autodesk https://www.autodesk.com/company/contact-us/product-feedback

Hey all so Figured it out. The driver was different and that had to be loaded onto her computer. More of a tech issue than autocad.

Thanks for your responses.
