Line thickness display issues

Hello, I am part of the IT department of an university in France. Autocad software was installed on educational machines. OS : Windows 10, PC model: https://www.hp.com/fr-fr/shop/product.aspx?id=5v9s4ea&opt=abf&sel=dtp

only, we are experiencing a display problem on these PCs. Indeed, as soon as we request a display with line thickness, the lines whose thickness is greater than 0.3mm disappear. Can you help us ? Thanks

Install the latest update - 2023.1.4 or 2024.1

The product version is U.71.0.0

Autocad Version : Autocad 2024.0.1

..so update your program

If that doesn't help,

then you have to choose another measure

change the 2D-Display Mode to another one, for example: Basic
Command: GRAPHICSCONFIG

or disable DX12 support
Command: GFXDX12 0

Install the 2024.1 Update, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD..

Also consider turning off LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables.

If still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.

If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort.
