Model or Layout ?
Share your DWG, show us a screenshot of the whole program window and your plot setting.
I know just two situations, but why guessing if you have all the data we can see the problem..
If model, check your MSLTSCALE
Sebastian
Paper space & Model space both show all line styles SOLID
I CHECKED SCALE IN MODEL SPACE IT IS SET AT '1'
THIS IS SCREEN SHOW FROM PAPER SPACE

@karen_tavener Share your problem DWG file here please, nothing to hide since you just shared all the client and project info in your screenshots already 🙂

THANK YOU THIS HAS RESOLVED THE PROBLEM
LAYOUT ON SCREEN SHOWS ALL LINES SOLID UT WHEN I PRINT THEY ARE AS PER LINE STYLES
Layout: Are you printing with plot scale 1:1 (in PLOT dialog) ?
Are you plotting with Plotstyletable (but in your Pagesetup, the option "Display plotstyle" is disabled)?
As you can read above, there are some peaople who like to explain it,
but until now, you don't share the data.
There may also be a graphics problem, but we won't know until we can check the DWG.
