Creating Rulesurf from curve to a point

Hello, I am trying to create a rulesurf between a curve and a point on a 3D drawing. I have checked all surf commands but I do not seem to be able to do it. I have attached the drawing below: I want to recreate the orange drawing but the surfing of trainagles are difficult to do. Please help.

It is possible : RULESURF between your arc and a real point (I had to put one because there is none in your drawing).

Use CTRL+W selection cycling if needed and reulesurf between the arc and the point.
