Line command showing "list" instead of "line"

When typing L for line, it shows the LIST command first. I checked the Alias Editor and there was actually no loaded command list. When I load the acad.pgp file in the Alias Editor and save it, it says its saved but doesn't show up when I reopen the Alias Editor. Thought this was important to mention.

All of my other commands work fine except for the LINE command. In the acad.pgp file the line command is L and the list command is LIST so I don't understand why typing L chooses the list command instead of line.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

it sounds like INPUTSEARCHOPTIONS needs to be turned off.

I just tried messing with the INPUTSEARCHOPTIONS but it didn't help unfortunately
