Start the command from ribbon, press [F1] to see the command name and also all following options and input (if they are)
or READ the pop up help:
It is an option of a command..
Or:
Start this command (UCS) and press [F1]
learn about the running command in question, it is command UCS and one of the available options.

The ribbon tab is available everytime and everwhere, YOU can customize the whole workspace for your needs!
Read more about administrative and customize your (own) CUIX by command CUI

How do you scroll down to there? please, they are under Visualize tab but I couldn't find it

I read it but no short cut command line are shown there
In AutoCAD, if you want to lunch a command and sub-option as an abbreviation, you'll need to get into customizing with LISP, then know how to autoload it. Ready?
LISP is here

I am not that good with lisp
I thought every button provided with line command string as another option
And the one I am looking for is not 3 points , it's XY projected to the actual screen.
UCS->VIEW
_ucs _view
VIEW->UCS
_plan
As I said (pls try it again / share a screenshot), start the command and do what you have to do, then look at the textscreen [F2], this way you can see the command and options.
If you are more familiar with the cui command and the structure of a cuix file, you can check this directly in your cuix file.
Ribbon->Panel->The panel which is used for this coordinates Tab and then click on the tool (like TheCADnnob did)

You can edit and change that LISP to do whatever you want, just like an earlier reply suggested you look into HERE, as long as you understand how the command and the sub-options work (and yes, there is not going to be an easy button clicking solution to get there, unless you just want to click on menu buttons already there, which you can move by the way).
Line command from your first screenshot is...
UCS <enter>
V <enter>
To keep things simple, these are sometime in other spaces in your other workspaces.
Do you have a view tab?
CADnoob
Hi @TheCADnoob
Yes this option are other workspaces, like 3D model but I am working in plant 3d (3D piping work space) which doesn't have the view tab, and to get this I have to switch the workspace platform and that take a lot of time and that the reason why I try to use command line, exactly like I use "Extrude" or "Loft" ... ect, without having that ribbon in 3D piping workspace.
Do you have a view tab?
In AutoCAD are those tabs and panels in different workspaces just hidden. Right-click on empty space on Ribbon and show them.
