layout exporting

I have several xrefs and i made viewports for each one of them , and after put in sheet, i surprised by some modification and they want to modify the number of viewport to be less and transfer the other viewports to another existing drawing, if there is anyway to exporting that viewports with detailing inside whatever xrefs or any to another existing file

You could copy the drawing or open and save a copy of the drawing.  Then remove the unwanted viewports.

You could also copy layouts into other drawings using the Design Center palette.
