Keyboard problem with Autocad in Lenovo Y700

On working with Autocad on my laptop Lenovo Y700 the keyboard often freezes and then the whole laptop freeze and the only solution to this problem is to shutoff the laptop from the power key and restart it once again. 

I tried different versions of autocad Like 2015, 2017, 2018 all of them made the same problem with my laptop.

This problem made me very frustrated while working with autocad so please help me solving it.

freezing is a sign for the reason that we should looking for !! you may need to update your AutoCAD from your Autodesk Desktop App or you need to install updates for your Windows itself ... let's start from here .
