Issue with License Time Out

Hello,

We switched users of AutoCAD 2020 from Network License to User plans, currently during startup occasionally some of them are facing the License Timed Out issue(see screenshot) even thought that they are logged in with an email address and license is assigned to that email correctly from the pool. 

Please help
