IPF765 plotter: Multileader text is blacked out.

Why is the text area in the multileader plotting as a blacked out area?  My company uses AutoCAD 2021.  This only started when we upgraded to 2021 about 2 months ago.  The background mask is turned on for multileaders.  This is happening to a fellow employee.  I pull up the same drawing on my computer it is not that way.

*FROM A FOLLOW UP REPLY BY THE OP: DWG to PDF prints fine along with another printer here in house.  So it is something to do with the IPF765 plotter.*

Show us what you see please, and where: "blacked out" is a printing result or on screen, and what background options and color did you all activate?

Also ensure you have the 2021.1.4 update installed: ABOUT command will confirm if you all have it.

Here is the print preview.  It also prints it out looking like this.  Background mask is turned on for the mleaders that are blacked out.  This is a coworkers.  I pull up the same drawing and mine is perfectly fine.  We compared settings and his is the same as mine.  The model view and the page views show them normal but when going to plot they come out like this.

We are at Version 2021.1.1.  The Desktop app says I have the latest version of 2021 and that there are no updates available.

1) Post a screenshot for the PLOT command pop-up that created that preview please.

2) >>>... The Desktop app says...<<<

How about you double-check your updates availability  at your Autodesk Account page lists here instead of that faulty app:

What happens if you select a different printer, like DWG TO PDF for example

DWG to PDF prints fine along with another printer here in house.  So it is something to do with the IPF765 plotter.  His settings match my settings for the plotter.

Are you both using the same exact 100% identical locked-on-the-server-from-editing PC3 file or something else?
Do both system drivers settings match?
Do both system drivers versions match?

At least you have a workaround for now: let's get your post title edited to catch the eye of folks with your device instead of the generic one there now.
