Installing Hotfix 4 in Education Version

We need to correct an issue with Autocad 2016 Education Edition and our Citrix vGPU's. Hotfix 4 is listed as able to correct this issue however when we attempt to install it it says it is not for our version. We have verified that we have 64 bit installed and the hotfix if for 64 bit. I really do not want to rebuild this environment because of an issue this small. Thanks

Sorry to hear about the issue. Do you have service pack 1 for AutoCAD 2016 installed as indicated in the Readme? It is required to be installed prior to Hotfix 4.

I have trouble installing the Hotfix 4, I do have SP1 installed. It says I don't have directx installed but I do have it, here are the pics that shows the error.
