Installation Problems

I am sure there are several posts on this forum about this but I am going crazy digging through them. I am trying to download Building Design Suite Ultimate following a hard drive crash. No matter which option I try (Install Now, Downlaod Now or Brwser Dowload) I end up with a bunch of peripheral downloads but no programs.  It also keeps telling me that AutoCad  is already installed, which it isn't.  Can someone please help or better yet tell me how to get in touch with a real person to help me with this?  I have spent hours working on it over the past week.

Thanks.

hi, it could be the programs is already installed and the reason why you cannot see it because maybe the folder is hidden?

Try to go to control panel > folder options > view > choose "show hidden files, folders and drives > ok and browse the folder of autodesk in your "c" drive and see if autodesk program is installed or not?

If you want to uninstall the autodesk program use " uninstall tool from autodesk".

If you trying to download the software from virtual agent switch off all your anti virus program before downloading and installations.

Download HERE

hope it helps. thanks
