Can you alter, add to or delete from, the right click "Insert Unicode Control Character" menu?

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
From what I understand the Unicode standards are built into the AutoCAD application and are not editable.
If you have a specific standard that is not included but you would like it to be, I encourage you to make the recommendation through the Feedback link in AutoCAD under drop down in the upper right corner.
