In AutoCAD layer lock/xref fades are not reflected in hatches (MEP 2015 SP2)

I have searched and found this, metioned need Service Pack 1 to fix.

I have service pack 2 installed, still have this problem, is SP2 covered SP1?

The attached shows plines are fade, hatch are at same layer as pline, but doesn't fade.

btw: xref fade control does same, not reflected in hatches.

Generally speaking, each subsequent SP includes the content from all previous SP.

You can read the readme file for SP2 to ensure this.
