You can usually find good support through the online posts. Try searching for some key words in your question. You can also try AUGI.com - membership is free and the help is good there too. Usually it is something that someone else has seen at some point.

This Forum is about usage of AutoCAD, not things like installation of it, much less of AutoSketch.  You'd be better off going to the Installation & Licensing Forum to see whether someone there can help.  But since even AutoSketch 10 [the last release] is over 12 years old, I wouldn't hold out much hope....

@CodyAvery8  Your friendly IT departement should be able to fix any issues related to autocad licences, updates and install bugs. Not having a competent IT departement often leads to these kinds of posts.

What's a good phone number I can call.  If I am paying this much a year I should be able to call a support line. I live in atlantic time and the call center schedules calls for like 8pm.

Here are ways to open a support case with Autodesk, you can set up a call back time based on availability, they call you, be flexible about days and ensure your region is well identified, you might get something earlier that 8pm:
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Contacting-a-techn...

Need something quicker? Purchase more advanced support levels from Autodesk first (if you qualify, not everyone does):

https://www.autodesk.com/buying/plans

Or pay an Autodesk Reseller for that level of support:

https://www.autodesk.com/partners/locate-a-reseller

OR... you could just start a new topic, and ask us your fellow product users for assistance (yeah, no one is going to call you or let you call them or the most part).

Do you have Autosketch installed and working on your old computer?  I don't know if this will work with Autosketch 9, but I have installed 32 bit AutoCAD R14 on a Win 7, Win 8, and Win10 64 bit computers just by copying the program files to the new computer.  You may need to purchase a program called "Longbow" to get it operating on a 64 bit machine.
