i could not plot the drawing and i could able to see preview

iHere i enclosed the drg file Autocad2018 format. I could not able to plot the drg. the error msg is coming. I opened the new file and copied the contentents. But same problem i am facing. Anyone advise me.

Which message do you get?

I can see 2 issues

• I don't have the "ALIs.pc3" config file as I also don't have the printer
• I don't have the "DR AGN Plot-19.ctb" as I don't have this CTB-file

But changing the plotter to e.g. "DWG to PDF.pc3" I can plot your drawing well (please find PDF attached).

I dont remember  the error. The plot preview just pop up and coming back. You use any ctb file. I also did the same thing pdf. But I want know the reason

For now I don't even know what exactly happened on your system, which error and which result you have got.

For me that makes it impossible to give a description of a reason about an error we don't see (and don't know).

Hi,

the message states "no matching media", you should select a different paper format (could be the same size, but a different name) or you create a new PC3-file for this output device (using command _PLOTTERMANAGER and then the "add-a-plotter-wizard"). Then use this new PC3 file and the paper format presented for that device.
