If you have AutoCAD 2018 or later, there is options to recognise linework as text. Here is the help page

If you have an earlier version, you might be able to use OCR software to help you.

In your PDF is no Text information, only lines and arcs, so it is not a problem of import,

but you have a very good tool to convert linework to text.

Additional note to PDFSHXTEXT.

This features works depending of objectselection and the position relationship between the selected objects.

Multiple "Text" for one step in different vertical positions are not a problem,

but multiple "Text" in one row is more problematic.

For your first time PDFSHXTEXT:

Set Layer: "PDF_Level 6" current and freeze all other,

then use PDFSHXTEXT.

Select ALL and check the result.

You have to test 20-30min to know how it works and what is a good selection and what es less good.
