How to make slope? Been stuck there for hours.

Hey, I have been trying to add slope there, where lines are, so the rim inner part should be lower and outer side should be higher, but i cannot find a way to make it, been on google but didnt find anything to fix it.

post the dwg. it would be easier to do.

draw a triangle on a radial midway between a pair of those lines, revolve it and subtract out the holes between spokes.

or make triangles of a pair of those lines, loft a solid between the triangles, radial array 6 times, and add to the spokes.
