How to join text with an object

I have multiple different rectangles of certain sizes on a single drawing, I am trying to move them around and make them fit on the design I have.  Each box is a certain size and represents something different, how can I join the text to the rectangle object to when I move them around the txt sticks with the rectangle?

You can put them together into BLOCKs, or you can use the GROUP command to associate them with each other.  In newer versions, you can probably also tie them together with CONSTRAINTS, but I'm at my older-version location at the moment.
