How to import tekla 2019 3d model to Autocad?

Hi all, I import an model form tekla to autocad.It shows that all the objects are falls under the Polyface mesh category.I want to make it as solid, I tried Convert to solid option but it doesn't work.I want to know how to convert that mesh? I upload the file for reference,Thanks in advance
