How to Convert higher version into lower version, without downgrading it in higher version AutoCAD

My license expired in AutoCAD 2020, and I have trouble opening my files now that I have 2016 version. Is there a possible way where I can downgrade it using 2016 version? or are there online platforms that I can use?

You can use Autodesk DWG TrueView to convert. It's a freeware.

You can download the latest version of TrueView and use TrueView to open and save it to an older DWG version. TrueView is a FREE application you can download from Autodesk site. It’s a DWG viewer.
