How do i fit layout to batchplot all of these drawings in the same file

Layout option doesn't let me fit the viewport to only one specific rectangle in the given model space, instead it always gives me the whole model view. I don't want to have 24 different files for every one of these drawings as I have to plot them daily for consultations ( I am student). How do I fit each layout screen to a rectangle in this model space that coincides with one drawing?

When you're in a layout use MVIEW command to create a paper space a vport

Enter command Mspace to go inside the vport.

Enter Zoom command and window the area that you want to see.

Enter command Pspace to get out of model space.

Keep in mind that you need to adjust the scale of the vport to a typical scale otherwise it'll be an awkward scale.
