how do I edit the shift right click menu

How can I edit this menu (shift-right click osnap menu)

I can not find it in the CUI.

Yes it's there, you have to just focus on the labels

CUI command
SHORTCUT MENUS section
OBJECT SNAP CURSOR MENU option.

CUI command >Shortcut menu>Object Snap cursor menu, then click on the command you want to edit.
