Free is the same as the puchased version, are you new to AutoCAD?

- You can turn on POLAR in AutoCAD, set it to 30 degrees, and draw.
Or rotate your UCS 30 degrees.
Or DVIEW command's TWIST to 30 degrees.

You can also you "snapang" to set your cross hair angle. AutoCAD has multiple ways of doing so many things.

And if you are trying to create an isometric drawing, explore SNAP Styles, and set to isometric.

This is not a program you're going to learn in a couple of hours, take a class, watch you tube videos, buy a book, etc. good luck
