Hi,
you can't create items inside the drawing which are invisible to others as long as these know how to use AutoCAD (at least how to use DXF).
What you might do is to create an external DWG-file without these hidden parts, and use this DWG-file as XRef, anyone opening the drawing with this XRef will only see what you created in that file. Forward this file (Xref) together with the main file to the users.
You can create a second file containing the invisible part, also use this file as XRef, so when you open the drawing on your system both XRef's are found and therefor visible, while the others, only having one XRef, can't see the "other part".
