help me to solve this, something append to save/save as system!!!

see this, when i try to save new drawing or save as old dwg it is coming like this. it doesn't  come the folder and file box.

please help me to solve this.

some one told me to uninstall and re-install this, but that is not possible. i think this is coming when i check my drawing with QC (appload) check. i have to check QC for all drawing. so i cant re-install this all time.

please help me..

set the system variable FILEDIA to 1  (Type FILEDIA in the command line).
