Having trouble with my lineweights on screen

I am having trouble with my lines being fat and unworkable, had this once before, can't remember the fix.

Can someone help please.

You have assigned LWEIGHT settings to your objects (if modelspace), or you have 'show lineweights' turned on in paperspace.
