Guidance on relative, and absolute coordinates

I'm a first year in civil engineering with some experience in Autodesk inventor.

I have this simple task of practicing different types of coordinates. This one task is asking me to using only absolute coordinates, which from what I understand means counting from the Origin point (0,0). When i open the line command and enter the specified coordinate (110.315) it doesnt end up even close to the origin, it seems like it's acting more like the relative coordinate setting. Posting video of the issue and picture of settings.

@nima360s Be more deliberate to always get what you want. and skip the (x,y), this is not INVENTOR.

To enter absolute coordinates:
#x,y,z
To enter relative coordinates:
@x,y,z
To enter absolute coordinates relative to the World Coordinate System (WCS):
*x,y,z

Or change the DYNPICOORDS system variable in the file

Dynmode if OFF (in video and picture), so

X,Y is good as well  for absolute coordinates.
