Given line dimension not same when checked

Good day . Please for your help as I stuck with the line dimensions. When I enter the desired by me length of the line does not match when I check it with Distance command. Also the line length does not correspond to its given dimensions , example : line command for 300 cm looks shorter than line given 60 cm length.

I have checked all my settings in -UNITS and -DWGUNITS to make sure they are all in centimetres.

After many attempts and no success I have restored Autocad settings to default but still no joy.

Is there any different if you turn OFF the dynamic input F12 ?

@kristiinna Thanks for the file: it appears you have not chosen any method to draw those likes to achieve the distances you listed.

How do I recreate your white lines exactly like you did? The ones in read match your intent
