This method is not as accurate as Civil 3d,
it is just insert a pin on the map location randomly,
But in Civil 3D, the map projection is determined locally or internationally
My question is: Is there a way in AutoCAD to adjust the projection?

You already see that the GeoLocation functionality exposed in plain AutoCAD is a problem waiting to happen.  Here is a long blog post on it, but the short answer is that (as I believe you know), you don't get to simply pick a point and type in a lat/long, etc.  In true GeoLocation, you don't get to pick your coordinates, they are what they are based on the named system chosen.

Since you have AutoCAD, you might be entitled to download the Map3D to go with it depending on your license.  Then you can use the ADESETCRDSYS command, which will properly set the system and there are some tools to work in that system, like the coordinate tracker.

If you are stuck with plain AutoCAD only, there is a low cost add-on called GeoLocPlus that will let you choose your system and do a lot of projection related work.

You are running Civil 3D. You can establish your coordinate system in modelspace. Once it's established, then turn on Bing aerial imagery. Try this:

1. Start from a clean, brand new, imperial or metric template, whichever is applicable.
2. Assign your coordinate system. Go to Toolspace=>Settings Tab=>Right-click Drawing Name=>Edit Drawing Settings=>Units and Zone Tab=>Zone Section=>Categories=>Select your Datum from dropdown menu=>Available coordinate systems=>Select your Coordinate System from dropdown menu=>OK
3. Turn on Bing Imagery. The Bing logo will appear in lower right corner of modelspace. Zoom-out using your mouse wheel. Continue to zoom-out until you see the RED Geomarker in modelspace.
4. Zoom-in on the red geomarker. Zoom-in very close.
5. Pan and zoom to your location.
