Generalised block modification / purging facilty

I am looking for an APP or maybe as a suggestion for future autocad releases that:

Under the find Non-Purgable items dialogue box, displays a preview of items such as blocks & allows the user to:

a) Rename entities (linetypes, group names, text styles, block names etc...  under the same dialogue box).

b) Alter settings such as individual line types, dimension styles.

c) Allows for selection of entire individual styles (such a text style for example) for reassignment under a new style or an existing office standard.

Filtering thru drawings prepared using various sources generates long lists of styles that differ from office standards consumes a lot of time.

Starting I think in Autocad 2020 a drawing standards tool was added.

In the Manage tab there is a CAD Standards panel.

First you make a clean drawing file with just the layers, linetypes, text, mleader, etc. things you want as your standard.

Then you save that as a .dws file, save it somewhere so you know where to refer to it. Like in a Standards folder.

Then you "Configure" a dwg file you are working on to use that dws file as a standard. Then you "Check" the drawing using the CAD Standards tool.

It reaches into blocks and so on. It's a great tool. It's like the long arm of the law.
