Free trial not working

I have downloaded the free AutoCAD trial, however when opening software, I am unable to access as the pop up says that we’re having trouble after logging into my account.

Can you post a screenshot of the error? Which version of Autocad is it?

Using the 2022 AutoCAD free trial, first image is the initial error second image is when i click "already have a licence?"

Seems like your free trial is expired. Had you used any previous AutoCAD trials on this PC?

made the account and downloaded the trial today, no previous trials have been downloaded.
