force autocad to work into a determinate z value

Is there any way to draw into a determinate z value even if I click into a line into another value? This must work for every operation. Block origin, array origin, pline, line... everything.... ¿Is it possible?

Read about the OSNAPZ System Variable, which is for exactly that purpose.  But bear in mind that it forces Z = 0 in the current Coordinate System for Object-SNAPping results only -- you can still get something at other Z values when needed, by other means, such as by typing in X,Y,Z coordinates, or using point-coordinate filters.

There in HELP about OSNAPZ, the ELEV command noted. I would recommend getting familiar with this command too.
