Font swis721 blkex bt in autocad is error

When tried s3d .sha converted to dwg with font "Swis721 blkex bt". It will not show correct font.

Cannot even read the text.

Yes, it correctly shows in your end. But in my autocad, its only box..and cannot read it.

Your Text Style is calling for a .shx file of that name [which doesn't exist for me], not the .ttf file it should be calling for.

This is a TTF (Windows) font, fix it in your file's STYLE command to be the same

I don't know why your font grayed out, try to install the new Swis... fonts attached

Thanks for the screenshot: your AutoCAD session is using a font that is not the one you need.

It is finding the wrong font first before the TTF you actually need.

Ask your IT person to help you search for then delete all Windows fonts not installed where they nee to be, restart your PC, then test once more.
