HI @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Please tell me what Operating System you are using, the Graphics card you have installed and the Graphics driver version.

Have you just started seeing this or is this a new installation and this is happening since you installed?  Does this seem to happen on only certain files or all files?  Have you installed the hotfixes and Service Pack from here?

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are trying to run this on Windows 10 which is not a supported configuration. Here are the system requirements for AutoCAD 2014. I suspect that a Windows update is causing this issue. You can consider rolling back the last Windows update.

Here is a link to the most current driver for your graphics card. Can you try installing it to see if it helps? Please also once that is complete, take a screen capture of the GRAPHICSCONFIG window. I am wondering if rolling back to an older version of DirectX might help.

Hi @Anonymous,

The video indicates that you are using AutoCAD 2013 (even older version).  I think if it was working before your only real option is to rollback the Windows update or you will need to upgrade to a newer version of AutoCAD that is designed to run on Windows 10. (AutoCAD 2015 with Service pack or newer)
