Fatal Error AutoCAD 2016

I am getting this error message, fatal error: unhandled access violation reading 0x24e0 exception at 36865688h, but only when I am opening fairly big 3D files.

Thank you, I'm having trouble locating the error log file? Also running Cadworx 2016

The crash log is provided by your operating system, not your AutoCAD. The CADwox 2016 addon is a nice program.

HI @Anonymous, Does this happen if you remove the add-in? Does it happen if you disable hardware acceleration?

AutoDesk support helped me with this situation. thank you for all the replies.
