FATAL ERROR 71B1BEEh how do I fix it

One I work with get this error all the time. 

I have try updating he program to the neweste version (2020) both Autocad , Inventor , And Factory 

It might be only be Autocad files that are Created by Factory  but I am not sure

He can open the Drawning but when he have added at one or just a few dimension it will get this Error and close the program

Hi,

if you start a new CAD dwg and start working have you found same error or what ? if NO .. then try to clean your CAD dwg files by RECOVER , purge , Audit and _purge ( Regapps )  commands.
