I sometimes use PDFs as backgrounds in our drawings, with the fade adjusted from 60-80%.
The time the drawing appears the way I want it in the page layout and the plot preview, but when plotted the background comes in un-faded.
Been doing this a long time and never run into this problem before - any suggestions?

have you checked transprency setting in the plot dialog?

Thanks - I figured it was something simple/obvious that I was just overlooking.
Not sure when I un-checked that, but at least I know where to look now.
