Express Tools Toolbar Icons Very Large in AutoCAD 2016 and Windows 10

One user has the Express Tools toolbar in addition to the Ribbon as his AutoCAD customization.

The icons on this toolbar are very large compared to everything else in AutoCAD.

How can I make the icons smaller just for the Express Tools toolbars?

in the CUI you can change the size of the icons
