-ExporttoAutoCAD Crashes when mtext field is present in file

When there is an mtext in the file that is defined by a field such as the "Filename" field name, then if the command

-ExporttoAutoCAD is ran it produces the AutoCAD Error Aborting "Fatal ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0020 Exception at 8955FB86h".

This is an issue as all of our output tabs have these mtexts and in order to clear corrupted files from proxy objects when someone accidently saves from C3D then we need to be able to run the -ExporttoAutoCAD command.

Has anyone had this issue in AutoCAD standalone?  Because the one difference if nobody else is having this issue is we are working in Carlson which runs off of AutoCAD.  So I am wondering if it is a Carlson issue.

Thank you

Have you tried to fix your file (and any XRFs in it) with RECOVER command yet?
We are nor running Carlson products here though.

Yes it happens when files are completely clean. I can start a new file without a template, add an mtext with insert field and then run the command and it will still crash.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?  I have gotten a few inquiries and questions which I have responded but it seems nobody has been able to recreate this issue or seen it themselves?

The issue with this is the Carlson that runs on top of Vanilla CAD along with the Object enabler.  When you have object enablers installed you cannot properly get rid of all of the objects especially the no display or errors that may be in the file.  Uninstalling the object enabler allows you to get rid of the objects properly.  The other part of this solution is -exporttoautocad crashes in Carlson but not in Vanilla CAD if object enabler is not installed.  So while Carlson my run on top of Vanilla CAD this function does not resolve well.  In Carlson the proper thing to use is C3D_All to convert 3D objects to blocks and linework.
