Exporting not possible due to duplicated or orphaned room numbers

Trying to export my drawing and I'm getting this error. I've never seen it before   Does anyone know what needs to be done to fix this?  There are not duplicate room numbers BTW

Does that say # 101, behind the "Error message"?

There are no "room numbers" in AutoCAD: are you using something else?
Exporting to what? How? What command are you using that triggers this alert?

I am using AiMCAD to export using SXPORT, after logging in using SLOGIN command.
