ortho tracking

Do you know how to turn off the ortho tracking when drawings a line?  I have looked up everything I can think of in help and have not found anything but it is driving me crazy. I have 2017.

It looks like this

DYNMODE command, just like every AutoCAD version before 2017... .

set ORTHOMODE to 0, or press F8 to toggle the values
